To access the benefits of Special category for those diagnosed with COVID-19, Free enrollment reservation and Free internet access, students must send an email to the Social Work office at their campus:
Benefits approved for the 2021-1 academic semester.
Exoneration of the cost for late enrollments. This benefit applies to the 2021-I semester for the Undergraduate, Adult, and Postgraduate programs.
The suspension of late payment and interest charges during the 2021-I academic semester applies to the payment of overdue fees in the Undergraduate, Adult and Postgraduate programs.
We partially refinance the debts of your last registered semester. These will be subject to evaluation; if eligible, they will be distributed from the 2nd to the 5th installment of the payment schedule for the 2021-I semester.
Regarding refinancing requests, students can apply for the benefit through the Trilce platform by going to Campus > Página Personal > Mis solicitudes, choosing the option “Refinanciamiento”

Our Vallejo heroes are those who are on the front line protecting our health and integrity; therefore, special categories are offered in the 2021-I semester for all those students enrolled up to the 2020-1 academic semester, who are part of the National Police of Peru, Armed Forces, General Volunteer Fire Department of Peru, health sector staff and serenazgo (municipal police). All cases include their spouses and children.

Continue with the benefit of the discount of S/. 100 soles in each of the installments for students who pay before the due dates, according to the schedule established for the 2021-I semester.
Continue with the benefit of the discount of S/ 50 soles in each of the installments, for students who pay before the due dates, according to the schedule established for the 2021-I semester.
A discount of S/ 200 soles for each installment will be granted to our Medical students who pay before the due dates, according to the payment schedule for the 2021-I academic semester.
*This discount is not valid for students who entered in the 2020-II or 2021-I semesters, and students with credit enrollment and/or refinanced fees.

A 10% discount will be granted in addition to the first discount for Undergraduate and Adult students who pay in advance the total cost of the 2021-I academic semester.
This means that a first discount is granted for partial payments and a second discount of 10% on the resulting balance.
An additional 10% discount will be granted to the students of Postgraduate partially-in-person classes program who pay the total cost of the 2021-I academic semester.
The Postgraduate enrollment registration during the 2021-I academic semester for students coming from Ecuador will be performed by signing a Payment Commitment Letter for the corresponding amount.
The enrollment cost must be paid during the 2021-I academic semester.
Special categories will be granted to all those students, enrolled in the 2021-I semester, who have been diagnosed or are experiencing COVID-19. Likewise, the benefit is also applicable for those whose relatives are affected: parents, siblings, spouses or children; as long as they live in the same household.

We exonerate the cost of enrollment reservation during the 2021-I semester for students of our 3 academic programs, Undergraduate, Adult and Postgraduate who have been diagnosed or are experiencing COVID-19.This also applies for family members in the same situation, but only if they reside in the same domicile.
All cases will be evaluated by the University Welfare office.
The late exam and re-take exam fees will be exonerated for the students of our 3 academic programs, Undergraduate, Adult, and Postgraduate for the 2021-I academic semester.
One late exam or re-take exam will be given for each course.
With concern for the academic performance of our students, internet data packages will be assigned for students of the Undergraduate and Adult programs enrolled in the 2021-I semester and whose connection conditions prevent them from adequately attending their classes.
The benefit will be granted after evaluation by the Vice-Rectorate of University Welfare.
Keeping in mind our students who are finishing their studies, a discount is assigned for the payment of the degree portfolios for the 2021-I academic semester, nationwide.
Amounts to be paid according to the portfolio:
The fee for obtaining the Residency Title will be S/ 1,500 (One thousand five hundred and 00/100 Soles) for the 2021-I academic semester, nationwide.
With regard to students’ continuity in their education, the cost of the English course has been reduced for our Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in the 2021-I semester.
*The cost of access to the SPEEXX Platform is included in the total cost.
With regard to students’ continuity in their education, the cost of the computer course has been reduced for our Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in the 2021-I semester. The cost to pay for the course will be S/ 150.00 (One hundred and fifty and 00/100 Soles) for each module.
